After glamorous outings for Prince George's christening and a fancy schmancy charity dinner, Kate Middleton was back to doing things like normal people in London on Friday. The Duchess dressed casually in dark wash skinnies and a print button-up top with a white cardigan over it as she stopped by Zara Home to pick up some oval serving platters. A salesclerk said: "She didn't look like the magazine pictures, you know, without her makeup or anything. She came kim kardashian reggie bush in, shopped around, paid and left." Royals! They're just like us! With her hair pulled back and a Mulberry purse among her many shopping bags, Kate could easily pass for your average Londoner!

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, both 31, stayed indoors at Kensington Palace, presumably with their 3-month-old son Prince George, as gusts up to 99 miles per hour hit some parts of England.

Kate Middleton, Duchess Of Cambridge Leaves Prince George At Home As She Hits The High Street

She's currently re-decorating two properties, the royal couple's London residence at Kensington Palace and their country retreat on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk, Amner Hall. It's one of the first time Kate's been spotted out running errands since the birth of her son George, who was born in July. The three month old was no doubt back at Kensington Palace with his nanny Jessie Webb, who looked after Princes William and Harry when they were young. According to the MailOnline a source said at the time: "Jessie Webb is helping the couple out. It was a very recent decision." Insiders claim the 71-year-old, who is now retired, was "delighted and flattered" to be asked to be the royal nanny and joined the couple at their home in Wales in August to get to know little George.
